To understand and develop knowledge on the transition to adulthood of youth placed in out of home care in Quebec.
More precisely, the project’s goal is to understand factors that have an impact on out of home care youths future. EDJeP addresses projects and plans in which they are engaged. It also addresses difficulties that they encounter and support that is provided in the multiple spheres of transitions to adulthood.
